A: Thursday.
Q: When is the deadline?
A: Tuesday, August 2nd
Q: What day is tomorrow?
A: Friday.
Q: All day long?
A: Yeah
Q: The day after?
A: Saturday
Q: Should we pass the bill on Sunday?
Q: Why?
A: Because then the Democrats will only have Monday and Tuesday to get it through the Senate and on the president's desk to get it signed into law by the August 2nd deadling.
Q: That's too little time! What's going to happen?
A: The Democrats will have no more time to play anymore games, and they'll have to pass the bill or the default will occur.
Q: What does all that mean?
A: It's called calling the bluff with no time left on the clock.

A: The Republicans are going to force a deal or default.
